By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SnootLog is a pet health tracking utility that helps you manage your pets' health records, vaccinations, medications, and vet visits. The App stores data locally on your device with optional iCloud sync and provides health reminders via local notifications.

The App is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice. Health tracking information is provided for organizational purposes only. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions about your pets.

The App offers subscription-based In-App Purchases:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All In-App Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/).

If you have previously purchased Premium, you can restore your purchase at no additional cost by tapping "Restore Purchases" in the App. This feature uses your Apple ID to verify prior purchases.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

The developer is not responsible for any missed vaccinations, medications, or vet appointments resulting from reliance on the App's reminders.

All content, design, code, and intellectual property in the App are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Your right to use the App will automatically terminate if you violate any of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are between you and the developer only, and not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
